2024 Rose

Gold
Royal Queensland Wine Show

Crafted in the classic Provençal style, this pale, dry rosé is a unique blend of Trollinger - a rare Germanic variety - and select red grapes from the Adelaide Hills. Its delicate hue recalls watermelon juice, while the nose is lifted with notes of apple skin and crushed red berries.

The palate is bright and expressive, brimming with red fruit and driven by a lively, natural acidity. A subtle textural element adds finesse to the long, dry finish.

An ideal match for freshly shucked oysters, seafood of all kinds, and vibrant South East Asian cuisine. This rosé will continue to evolve beautifully over the next 5–7 years.
