Kelly joined Hahndorf Hill in 2025, bringing nearly two decades of cool-climate winemaking experience. Her career spans the Adelaide Hills, Yarra Valley and Grampians, crafting Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and sparkling wines. At Hahndorf Hill, Kelly focuses on creating wines that are expressive, precise, and true to the character of the Adelaide Hills. Kelly is also an experienced wine show judge.

Jose manages vineyards across the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale, overseeing both owned and leased sites and coordinating a network of growers. Since joining Hahndorf Hill in 2025, he has been applying his expertise to the winery’s established varieties, combining hands-on vineyard care with a focus on site expression and
quality.

Dee has been part of Hahndorf Hill for over two decades, working closely with Marc and Larry and developing an intimate knowledge of the wines. She brings a deep understanding of the property, its history, and the surrounding vineyards, and can share every detail of the chocolate featured in our ChocoVino tastings. Dee’s warmth, knowledge, and storytelling make every cellar door visit memorable.

Born in Italy and based in Australia since 2006, Sabino has built a strong reputation in the wine industry, representing prestigious brands and running his own successful import business. He brings a deep wine knowledge, great connections and energy to his role as NSW/ACT Market Manager for Hahndorf Hill.

Mark is a respected wine industry professional with experience across family-owned and corporate wine businesses. Passionate about fine wine and well-regarded in the Queensland trade, he brings valuable expertise and energy to advancing Hahndorf Hill in the region.

Stephen has over 15 years’ experience shaping growth and profile in the global drinks industry. He previously ran his own import business in Hong Kong and spent five years in Santiago as Commercial Director for VSPT Wine Group, before becoming a shareholder in Chile’s boutique Lafken winery.
