Leaning on estate grown fruit, the bespoke blend brings both balance and character to this wine. Made the contemporary dry Rosé style; savoury, softly fruitful and textured.

"The main X-factor in this wine is the unusual ballast of trollinger (a red variety from Germany) grapes, grown on the estate property. This is a swishy, lighter-weight, dry and mostly savoury style that leans into pickled cherry, light rosé vermouth botanical characters, and pleasing bitterness of that. A little almond note and some dried sage leaf characters, too. A lighter, finer, delicate and dry pink wine of immediate appeal and interest."
